There is a 5-7 business day processing time. Immediately after processing is complete you will receive a tracking number & your items will be shipped.

 How long will my package take to get to me after I receive my tracking information?

 

Once you receive your tracking info it will take no longer than 3 days to receive your hair, but in most cases 2 days. 

 How can I make a purchase? 

 

To protect you as a buyer, the only payment method we use is PayPal which we believe is the safest and most secure way to pay. 

 

 It is normal for virgin hair to have a couple gray strands, S.H.E. Hair is not altered. The hair is directly from a donor's hair and then machine weft.

 

 

Virgin hair is defined as hair that is completely unprocessed. 

Can I dye and/or bleached my hair?  

 

Yes, S.H.E. Hair can be both dyed and/or bleached. We strongly advise that you go to a to professional dye and/or bleach your hair. 

 

 What is "Co-Wash"?

 

 Co-wash is defined as washing your hair using only conditioner. This process replenishes the moisture your hair needs.

 

 

 For a full sew-in we strongly advise you to use three bundles, especially with lenghts longer than 18 inches.  

 

 

 Our bundles of hair weigh between 3.3-3.5 ounces. 

General Care and Upkeep.

1. Wash and condition hair regularly.

2. Detangle hair before washing. Do not rub or twist hair.

3. Use shampoo to lather hair with lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly.

4. Blot dry hair with a towel and allow hair to air dry or sit under hair is completely dry. 

6. Brush hair in a downward motion starting at the ends and working your way up to it's root.
